Proposal to Open a Clothing Stall at Book Week Event
Proposed Stall Name: Revora Apparel
Objective of the Stall
- Promote students to embrace nerdiness: Allowing students to wear their favorite book characters or quotes comfortably without feeling geeky. through Revora’s style we can achieve that.
- Inspire Student Initiative: The Revora stall showcases student creativity and entrepreneurship, encouraging them to pursue their projects. This addition to Book Week promotes school pride and demonstrates the positive impact students, like us, can make within our school community.
To ensure the success of our stall, we propose the following promotional act:
- Social Media Promotion: Announce the stall on the school's (if allowed) and Revora's social media pages.
- Posters: Place posters in common areas around the school in the days leading up to the event.
- Surveys: Distribute surveys through WA one week before Book Week to see what students want and create the designs for their top favorites.
Benefits to the Event
- Revenue: 10% of all sales proceeds will be donated back to the school to support future Book Week events.
+ 15% of all sales donated to SLT fundraising.
- Increases Engagement: Adds an interactive (the surveys), and fashionable element that will attract more fashionista students.
- Free promotion: Revora Apparel's social media page will share photos of Book Week and tag at Regents School Bali
Conclusion
If the terms are agreed by the school, the Revora team will handle all materials and design elements
of the stall.
This includes a banner with the Revora logo, mannequins displaying our latest designs,
and racks with stock on display.
The school won't need to provide any resources or support for the stall's setup.
